Contribution & Loan Payment Extension and Available Online Services

Dear SSS Member:

In response to enhanced quarantine measures implemented by the government, we have taken necessary steps to prioritize everyone’s health and safety while we continue to serve you with your social security needs.

To help you through this difficult period, we have extended our payment deadline for both contributions and member loans.

For Self-Employed, Voluntary Members and Non-Working Spouses, contributions for the applicable months of January, February and March 2020 or the first quarter of the year can be paid until June 1, 2020 without penalties.

Loan payments for February to April 2020 on the other hand may be settled until June 30, 2020 without interests and penalties. Qualified members will be automatically covered by the loan moratorium and need not file a request or application to SSS.

How to avail SSS Loan Payment Extension?

My.SSS Portal (Member Account) – access your SSS records online by simply registering your account HERE

Once registered, log in to your account in the SSS website to access the following services:

  • Inquire on membership record (i.e. contributions, loans, benefit claims)
    • Generate the Payment Reference Number (PRN)
    • Apply for a salary loan
    • Submit maternity notification
    • Enroll an existing bank account (for account holders of SSS-accredited banks)
    • Enroll in PESO Fund
    • Submit retirement claim application
    • Access the Simulated Retirement Calculator
    • Enroll in Flexi Fund (for OFWs)
    • Update contact information
    • Make payments through Moneygment (for SE/VM/OFW contributions only)

SSS Mobile App

  1. download our app for free in Google Play (for Android), App Store (for IOs), and Huawei AppGallery. To start using the app, log in using your User ID and password to your My.SSS account.

Once registered, send the code corresponding with the desired service following the required format to 2600. Inquiries cost Php 2.50 for Globe and Smart subscribers; and Php 2.00 for Sun subscribers. For the full list of commands, text SSS Help to 2600.
